Bayhaqi 16327 — Reports on the sightless eye and the paralysed hand

Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: For an eye that is put out, or a hand that has become paralysed, and a tooth that has turned black, there is one third of its diyah (blood money).
