قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، وَاسْتُفْتِيَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ أَعْوَرَ ثُمَّ تُصَابُ عَيْنُهُ الْأُخْرَى، فَقَالَ: لَهُ الدِّيَةُ،.
Sulayman bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked for a ruling about a man who is one-eyed and then his other eye is also put out. He said: There is blood money for it.
