أَخْبَرْنَاهُ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، قَضَى فِي أَعْوَرَ فُقِئَتْ عَيْنُهُ: أَنَّ لَهُ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً، ⦗١٦٥⦘ قَالَ:.
Ata bin Abi Rabah said: Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) ruled regarding a one-eyed man whose eye had been put out that he is entitled to the full blood money.
