وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنبأ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِهِ، وَقَالَ فِيهِ: فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي جَنِينِهَا بِغُرَّةٍ، وَأَنْ تُقْتَلَ بِهَا قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ قَضَى بِدِيَتِهَا، وَبِغُرَّةٍ فِي جَنِينِهَا، فَقَالَ: لَقَدْ شَكَّكْتَنِي،.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he mentioned a narration similar to the previous one, and in it he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled that a ghurrah (a male or female slave) be given for her fetus, and that she (the killer) be killed for her. (Ibn Jurayj said:) I said to Amr bin Dinar: "Ibn Tawus informed me from his father that he (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled for her diyah (blood money) and a ghurrah for her fetus." He said: "You have made me doubt."
