أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نا أَبُو عُتْبَةَ، نا بَقِيَّةُ، نا حَبِيبُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ⦗٧٨٠⦘ عَبَّادٍ الْمَكِّيُّ قَالَ: كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا إِذْ سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ هَلْ لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا نَفَقَةٌ؟ فَقُلْتُ: " لَيْسَ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ " فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: " أَصَبْتَ يَا ابْنَ أَخِي أَنَا مَعَكَ ".
Habib bin Salih said: Muhammad bin Abbad al-Makki narrated to me that he said: I was sitting with Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) when a man asked him: Does a woman divorced three times have maintenance? I said: She has no maintenance. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: You are right, O son of my brother, and I am with you.
