أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ⦗٧٣٥⦘ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا سَيِّدُهَا " تَعْتَدُّ بِحَيْضَةٍ ".
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said concerning the umm walad whose master has died: she observes an 'iddah of one menstrual period.
