It is narrated from Sayyidah Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: My husband divorced me three times, and I wanted to move. I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum." Ishaq said: When al-Sha'bi narrated this, al-Aswad threw a pebble at him and said: Woe to you! Do you narrate this, or give a fatwa by it? She came to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If you bring two witnesses who testify that they both heard it from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); otherwise, we will not abandon the Book of Allah for the word of a woman, and the word of Allah is: 'Do not turn them out of their houses, nor should they leave, unless they commit a clear immorality.' [Surah al-Talaq: 1]
