وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ لَفْظًا قَالَا: نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: " إِذَا دَخَلَتْ فِي الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فَلَا رَجْعَةَ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): When the woman enters her third menstruation, he (the husband) has no right to take her back.
