أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ عِيسَى الْقَارِيُّ، نا قَعْنَبُ بْنُ مُحَرَّرٍ أَبُو عَمْرٍو، نا الْوَاقِدِيُّ، نا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ يَقُولُ: حَضَرْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ لَاعَنَ بَيْنَ عُوَيْمِرٍ الْعَجْلَانِيِّ وَامْرَأَتِهِ مَرْجِعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ تَبُوكَ فَأَنْكَرَ حَمْلَهَا الَّذِي فِي بَطْنِهَا فَقَالَ: هُوَ مِنِ ابْنِ السَّحْمَاءِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " هَاتِ امْرَأَتَكَ فَقَدْ نَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ فِيكُمَا " فَلَاعَنَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ عِنْدَ الْمِنْبَرِ عَلَى حَمْلٍ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) says: When Uwaymir al-Ajlani performed li'an with his wife, I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). On the return from Tabuk, Uwaymir had denied his wife's pregnancy; he said: This pregnancy is from Ibn al-Sahma'. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bring your wife; the Qur'an has been revealed concerning the two of you." Then the two of them performed li'an after Asr near the pulpit, concerning the pregnancy.
