وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، نا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، نا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَكَمُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مِقْسَمًا قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُ: " عَزْمُ الطَّلَاقِ انْقِضَاءُ الْأَرْبَعَةِ الْأَشْهُرِ، وَالْفَيْءُ الْجِمَاعُ " هَذَا هُوَ الصَّحِيحُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْهُ بِخِلَافِهِ.
Miqsam said: I heard Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) saying: The resolve to divorce is after four months have passed, while fay' (returning) means intercourse.
