باب: ما جاء في عدد طلاق العبد ومن قال الطلاق بالرجال والعدة بالنساء ومن قال هما جميعا بالنساء

قَالَ: وَنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، نا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: " إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ فِي عِدَّتِهَا فَإِنَّهُ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا وَتَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى وَاحِدَةٍ ".
Abu Salamah narrates from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both): When she is freed during her waiting period, he may marry her, and this woman will remain with him on (the balance of) one divorce.
