أَنْبَأَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، نا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ فِي عَبْدٍ مَمْلُوكٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ أُعْتِقَتْ قَالَ: " لَا يَتَزَوَّجُهَا حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ ".
Ibrahim narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning a slave who had given his wife two divorces, and then the woman was freed. He said: That slave may not marry this freed woman until she marries another husband.
