حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْخُسْرَوْجِرْدِيُّ مِنْ أَصْلِهِ نا ⦗٦٠٥⦘ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْغِطْرِيفِ أنا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ، نا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ، نا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " الطَّلَاقُ بِالرِّجَالِ وَالْعِدَّةُ بِالنِّسَاءِ ".
Sulayman bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that divorce depends on the men and the iddah on the women.
