Bayhaqi 15132 — Reports on the irrevocably divorced woman inheriting

Al-Rabi' says that Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) sought Allah's guidance (istikharah) and then said: The irrevocably divorced woman will not inherit.
(b) It is the view of Ibn al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him); and Abdur-Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) divorced his wife on the basis that she would not inherit from him, In sha' Allah.
(39) Chapter: Doubt in divorce, and the one who says that she does not become unlawful except by certainty of unlawfulness
