قَالَ: وَنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي التَّخْيِيرِ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ عُمَرَ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا ⦗٥٦٦⦘.
Tawus narrates from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that regarding the choice he held the same view as Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
