Bayhaqi 15009 — Reports on the indirect expressions of divorce

Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said that when he says these words: 'khaliyyah' (free), 'bariyyah' (quit), 'al-battah' (definitive) and 'al-ba'inah' (separated), it is one divorce, and he has more right to her.
