أَخْبَرَنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، نا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، نا حَامِدُ بْنُ آدَمَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ، نا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، فَذَكَرَهُ مِنْ قَوْلِ الزُّهْرِيِّ.
Ibn Abi Dhi'b (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from al-Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Go back to your family," as if he (peace and blessings be upon him) gave her a divorce.
