أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ الْعَدْلُ، نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ ⦗٥٢٠⦘ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، نا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلَّى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِ ".
Amr bin Shu'ayb (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father, and he from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no divorce before marriage."
