حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْخُ الْإِمَامُ أَبُو الطَّيِّبِ سَهْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ إِمْلَاءً وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الشَّاذْيَاخِيُّ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا: نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أنا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ أَنَّهَا حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً جَاءَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ لِي جَارَةً فَهَلْ عَلَيَّ مِنْ جُنَاحٍ أَنْ أَتَشَبَّعَ مِنْ زَوْجِي بِمَا لَمْ يُعْطِنِي؟ فَقَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ الْمُتَشَبِّعَ بِمَا لَمْ يُعْطَ كَلَابِسِ ثَوْبَيْ زُورٍ ".
Sayyidah Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) says that a woman came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "I have a neighbour; will there be any sin on me if I make a display of things from my husband that I have not received?" She says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who makes a display of what she has not been given is like one who wears two garments of falsehood."
