أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ، أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، نا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ امْرَأَتَهُ أَتَتْهُ فَقَالَتْ: مَا حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ؟ فَقَالَ: " لَا تَمْنَعُهُ نَفْسَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى ظَهْرِ قَتَبٍ، وَلَا تُعْطِي مِنْ بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنْ فَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ كَانَ لَهُ الْأَجْرُ وَعَلَيْهَا الْوِزْرُ، وَلَا تَصُومُ يَوْمًا تَطَوُّعًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنْ فَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ أَثِمَتْ وَلَمْ تُؤْجَرْ وَلَا تَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنْ فَعَلَتْ لَعَنَتْهَا الْمَلَائِكَةُ مَلَائِكَةُ الْغَضَبِ وَمَلَائِكَةُ الرَّحْمَةِ حَتَّى تَتُوبَ أَوْ تُرَاجِعَ " قِيلَ: فَإِنْ كَانَ ظَالِمًا؟ قَالَ: " وَإِنْ كَانَ ظَالِمًا ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that a woman asked: What is the right of the husband over his wife? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "She should not withhold herself from him, even if she is on a mount; and she should not give anything from the house without his permission; if you do so, the husband gets the reward and you get the sin. She should not keep even one day's voluntary fast without his permission; if you do so, you will be sinful and will not be rewarded. And she should not go out of the house without the husband's permission; if you do so, the angels of wrath and the angels of mercy will keep cursing her until she repents or returns." It was said: Even if the husband is a wrongdoer? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Even if he is a wrongdoer."
