أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثنا أَبُو عُمَيْرٍ، ثنا ضَمْرَةُ، عَنْ بِلَالِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الْعَكِّيِّ قَالَ: زُرْنَا يَحْيَى بْنَ حَسَّانَ الْبَكْرِيَّ مِنْ عَسْقَلَانَ إِلَى سَنَاجِيَةَ أَنَا وَابْنُ قُرَيْرٍ وَابْنُ أَدْهَمَ وَمُوسَى بْنُ يَسَارٍ فَأَتَانَا بِطَعَامٍ فَأَمْسَكَ مُوسَى يَدَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ يَحْيَى: " كُلْ فَقَدْ أَمَّنَا رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً يُكْنَى بِأَبِي قِرْصَافَةَ فَكَانَ يَصُومُ يَوْمًا وَيُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا فَوُلِدَ لِي غُلَامٌ فَأَوْلَمْتُ عَلَيْهِ " فَدَعَوْتُهُ فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي كَانَ يَصُومُ فِيهِ فَأَفْطَرَ " قَالَ: فَمَدَّ مُوسَى يَدَهُ فَأَكَلَ، وَقَامَ ابْنُ أَدْهَمَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ يَكْنُسُهُ بِرِدَائِهِ.
Bilal bin Ka'b al-Akki (may Allah have mercy on him) said: We visited Yahya bin Hassan al-Bakri, going from Asqalan to Sanajiyah: I, Ibn Qurayr, Ibn Adham and Musa bin Yasar. Food was brought to us, and Musa bin Yasar held back his hand. Yahya said: Eat. Abu Qirsafah (may Allah be pleased with him), who was a Companion, led us in prayer in this mosque for twenty years; he would fast one day and not fast the next. A son was born to me, so I held a feast and invited him, and that day he was fasting. He broke his fast. He said: So Musa stretched out his hand and ate, and Ibn Adham was cleaning the mosque with his cloak.
