Bayhaqi 14423 — One who said: she has no dowry
اُردوEn
قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ وَلَا صَدَاقَ لَهَا ".
Al-Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that this woman will receive inheritance and must also observe the waiting period, but she will not be given a dowry.
