Bayhaqi 14218 — The marriage of one in the state of ihram
اُردوEn
وَأنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَسَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، أَنَّهُمْ سُئِلُوا عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْمُحْرِمِ، فَقَالُوا: " لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يُنْكَحُ ".
Sa'id bin al-Musayyib, Salim bin Abdullah and Sulayman bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on them) were asked about the marriage of a muhrim, and they said: The muhrim should neither contract his own marriage nor anyone else's.
