Bayhaqi 14215 — The marriage of one in the state of ihram
اُردوEn
وَبِهَذَيْنِ الْإِسْنَادَيْنِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ: " لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلَا يُنْكَحُ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ وَلَا عَلَى غَيْرِهِ ".
Nafi' narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): "The muhrim should neither contract his own marriage nor anyone else's, nor propose marriage on his own behalf nor on behalf of anyone else."
