Bayhaqi 14206 — The marriage of one in the state of ihram

وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا ٤٠٨٣٦٥ تَمْتَامٌ، ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ قَالَ: أَرْسَلَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ إِلَى يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أُخْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ، وَابْنُ خَالَةِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ تَزْوِيجِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَيْمُونَةَ فَقَالَ: " تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ ".
Amr bin Maymun (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Umar bin Abd al-Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) sent me to Yazid bin al-Asamm, who was the son of the sister of Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) and the son of the maternal aunt of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), to ask him about the marriage of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her). He said: He married her while not in ihram.
