Bayhaqi 13964 — Fornication does not make the lawful unlawful
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ سَامٍ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَرْوِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يُحَرِّمُ الْحَرَامُ الْحَلَالَ ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The unlawful does not make anything lawful unlawful."
