Bayhaqi 13953 — When it is lawful to combine a man's wife

وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، يَقُولُ: " جَمَعَ ابْنُ عَمٍّ لِي بَيْنَ ابْنَتَيْ عَمٍّ لَهُ، فَأَصْبَحَ النِّسَاءُ لَا يَدْرِينَ أَيْنَ يَذْهَبْنَ " قَالَ أَحْمَدُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ يَعْنِي ابْنَتَيْ عَمَّيْنِ لَهُ.
Hasan bin Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The son of my paternal uncle had two daughters of his paternal uncle together in his marriage, and the women did not know where they should go. Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: (Meaning) the daughters of his two paternal uncles.
