أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا قَبِيصَةُ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَةِ الْحَاجَةِ: " الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي نَحْمَدُهُ وَنَسْتَعِينُهُ "، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ.
Abu Ubaydah narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) concerning the sermon for a need: "All praise is for Allah; we praise Him and seek His help." He mentioned similar to it, but did not narrate it as marfu' (from the Prophet).
