Bayhaqi 1376 — One who takes off his leather socks after wiping

Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: We went on a military expedition with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered us to wipe over the khuffs (leather socks): "For the traveller three days and three nights, and for the resident one day and one night, as long as he does not take them off himself or they are not taken off."
Only Umar bin Rudayh narrated it, and he is not strong.
