Alqamah and al-Aswad (may Allah have mercy on them both) state regarding a man who performs ablution and wipes over his khuffs (leather socks), then takes them off: Both of them said: He should wash his feet. (b) Al-Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) and others narrate from Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) that he may pray and need not wash his feet.
