Bayhaqi 13728 — There is no marriage except with two upright witnesses

Ata narrates from Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that he permitted the testimony of women together with a man in marriage.
This is munqati' (broken), and al-Hajjaj bin Artat is not used as evidence.
