أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ السُّوسِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، وَأَبُو صَادِقِ بْنُ أَبِي الْفَوَارِسِ قَالُوا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، أنبأ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: " لَا تُزَوِّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ، وَلَا تُزَوِّجُ الْمَرْأَةُ نَفْسَهَا، فَإِنَّ الزَّانِيَةَ هِيَ الَّتِي تُزَوِّجُ نَفْسَهَا " هَذَا مَوْقُوفٌ، وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، وَعَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَدْ مَيَّزَ الْمُسْنَدَ مِنَ الْمَوْقُوفِ، فَيُشْبِهُ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ حَفِظَهُ، وَاللهُ تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "A woman should not give another woman in marriage, nor should she give herself in marriage, for the woman who gives herself in marriage is the adulteress." This narration is mawquf (the Companion's own statement).
Ibn Uyaynah also narrated it in this way from Hisham bin Hassan, from Ibn Sirin. Abd al-Salam bin Harb distinguished the musnad (attributed to the Prophet) from the mawquf, so it seems that he preserved it accurately, and Allah Almighty knows best.
