أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ نُذَيْرٍ، أَنَّ حُذَيْفَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ سُئِلَ: أَيَسْتَأْذِنُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى وَالِدَتِهِ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ إِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلْ رَأَيْتَ مِنْهَا مَا تَكْرَهُ " وَرُوِيَ فِيهِ حَدِيثٌ مُرْسَلٌ.
Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked: Should a man ask permission before entering even upon his mother? He said: Yes; if he does not do so, he will see something that he dislikes.
