وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، نا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ رَجَاءٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ الْبَرَاءَ بْنَ عَازِبٍ بَالَ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ فَمَسَحَ عَلَى الْجَوْرَبَيْنِ وَالنَّعْلَيْنِ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى ".
Isma'il bin Raja' narrates from his father, who said: I saw Sayyiduna al-Bara' bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him); he urinated, then performed ablution and wiped over his socks and sandals, then he prayed.
