Bayhaqi 13405 — It being permitted to him ﷺ to judge by his own

Urwah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that the Mother of the Believers Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Hind bint Utbah bin Rabi'ah (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, there was no household on the face of the earth whose humiliation I desired as much as I desired the humiliation and disgrace of your household; but now my state is that I desire more than anything that, among all the households on the face of the earth, your household be honoured and exalted. Then she said: Abu Sufyan is a stingy man; is there any harm on me if I feed our children from his wealth (without his permission)? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "There is no harm on you if you feed them according to what is customary."
