وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أنا أَبُو عَمْرٍو، أنبأ الْحَسَنُ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثنا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَسَنٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِيَاضٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ " كَانَ يَرْزُقُ الْعَبِيدَ وَالْإِمَاءَ وَالْخَيْلَ ".
Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to give a share to male slaves, female slaves and horses as well.
