أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أنا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَزَيْدًا " كَانَا لَا يُوَرِّثَانِ الْجَدَّةَ مَعَ ابْنِهَا ".
It is narrated from Ibrahim that Sayyiduna Ali and Sayyiduna Zayd bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with them both) did not make the grandmother an heir in the presence of her son.
