Bayhaqi 12213 — Those who held that relatives through the womb inherit
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْخَالُ وَارِثٌ ".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The maternal uncle is an heir."
