أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَشْتَرِطُ عَلَى الَّذِي يُكْرِيهِ أَرْضَهُ أَنْ لَا يُعِرَّهَا، وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدَعَ عَبْدُ اللهِ الْكِرَاءَ " وَرُوِيَ فِيهِ حَدِيثٌ ضَعِيفٌ.
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to stipulate, on the one to whom he rented out his land, that he would not put manure on it; this was at the time when he used to rent out land.
