أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا عَارِمٌ، وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَمُسَدَّدٌ، قَالُوا: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ " هَذَا حَدِيثُ عَارِمٍ وَمُسَدَّدٍ، وَقَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ: إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي كَامِلٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ.
It is reported from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) "forbade renting out land." Sulayman bin Harb said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) "forbade renting out farmland."
