Bayhaqi 11576 — Pre-emption in what has not been divided

Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "When boundaries have been set in land, there is no pre-emption in it; and there is no pre-emption in a well, nor in a male date palm."
