Bayhaqi 11551 — One who kills a pig or breaks a cross or a lute

It is reported from Abu Hasin (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man broke another man's tunbur (a musical instrument). The matter was taken to Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him), and he did not hold him liable.
