Bayhaqi 11492 — One who builds or plants on another's land

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever builds on a people's land with their permission, its value will be paid; and whoever builds without permission, it will be pulled down."
Umar bin Qays al-Makki is da'if (weak) and is not used as evidence, and those below him (in the chain) are also weak.
