وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أنبأ الْعَبَّاسُ، أنبأ الْحَسَنُ، ثنا يَحْيَى، ثنا قَيْسٌ، وَإِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ: " مَنْ بَنَى فِي أَرْضِ قَوْمٍ بِإِذْنِهِمْ فَلَهُ قِيمَةُ بِنَائِهِ ".
It is narrated from Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) concerning a person who builds on a people's land with their permission, that he is entitled to its value.
