Bayhaqi 11366 — Two men who dispute over a wall between their houses

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that two men brought their dispute to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Neither of them had proof, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled that it be divided between them in halves.
