Bayhaqi 11365 — Two men who dispute over a wall between their houses

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that two men brought their dispute about some goods to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and neither of them had any proof. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Cast lots over the oath, whether you like it or dislike it."
