باب: صلح المعاوضة، وأنه بمنزلة البيع يجوز فيه ما يجوز في البيع، ولا يجوز فيه ما لا يجوز في البيع

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثنا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Reconciliation between Muslims is permissible."
