Bayhaqi 11252 — The buyer becomes bankrupt before paying the price

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man becomes bankrupt, and the seller finds his goods with him exactly as they were, then he has more right to them than the other creditors."
