Bayhaqi 11216 — Reports on increases in a pledge

Amr bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: When date palms are pledged and then bear fruit, the fruit is also part of the pledge.
This is munqati' (has a broken chain), and so is the report of Ibn Sirin.
