Bayhaqi 11074 — Reports on the dislike of selling copies of the Quran
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، ثنا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، ثنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، " أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا بِبَيْعِ الْمَصَاحِفِ وَاشْتِرَائِهَا ".
Yunus narrates from Imam al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) that he saw no harm in selling and buying copies of the Qur'an.
